This untouched spot is situated on the south west coast right beside the traditional village of Seseh in Canggu where life has remained largely unchanged by the progress of the modern world.
 
The 3 luxurious villas which form this piece of paradise have unbeatable views of the surrounding natural beauty and were restored back to their former glory at the end of 2016. Contemporary tropical architecture, vast open air living spaces and an abundance of light intermingles with the soft sound of the waves, a myriad of exotic green and sweet scented frangipani trees to bring you a holiday retreat that you will simply never want to leave.

Inside the pool are purpose built sun loungers semi submerged plus a semi submerged table with sheltering umbrella provide guests with ample in-pool entertaining space. Next to the living room is a 12 seater dining room table located in front of the open plan, fully equipped kitchen. A separate sofa and TV area is located behind this living space.

Staff & Service
Villa Kalima is staffed by a delightful team includes Butler, Cook, Housekeepers, and for being part of Shalimar Villas estate it is also served by a team of Gardeners, Pool attendants, Maintenance Personnel, and Security officers who will be guarding the villa premises.
Guests are also given further peace of mind by the on-call Villa Manager and the Operational Manager who will do their best to answer questions and facilitate any other services you require. This may include in-house spa treatments delivered by professional therapists, or a driver to explore this amazing island.
 
Villa Makanda is staffed by a dedicated and discreet team including an Operational Manager who takes care of the day to day supplies and needs of the estate. To make your stay as relaxing as possible, a Butler, a Cook, 2 Housekeepers, and for being part of Shalimar Villas estate, a team of Gardeners, Pool Attendants, Maintenance Personnel, and Security Officers are all on hand to make sure all your needs are well taken care of.
 
Villa Cantik is staffed with Butler, housekeping services, and Cook on request, who deal with the day to day running of the villa, further to this, for being part of Shalimar Villas estate the villa is also served by a team of Gardeners, Pool Attendants, Maintenance Personnel, and Security Officers.
Additional services such as Babysitters, Drivers and Masseuses are available on request and at extra charge.
Dining

A grocery system without surcharge (except for the transportation costs to buy the groceries) is in place. Western, Asian, vegetarian, healthy choice and children’s dishes available. Requests accommodated (including special diets and BBQs).

Kitchen and Bar
The use of the Villa kitchen equipment, stoves, gas tanks, as well as chinaware,
cutlery, crockery and/or glassware is strictly forbidden during the event. Catering
companies must provide their own supplies for the event.
Guest Washrooms
There are two public bathrooms/WC for inhouse and wedding guests
available for use during events 1 located at Villa Makanda and 1 located at Villa kalima.

No fire dance should be conducted within a 20-meter distance of the
buildings.
 
Structures such as marquees, tents, service bars, pool platforms, dance floors and
DJ booths need to be included on the Site Plan for approval.
 
Marquees should be freestanding.
 
Staging and platforms should have drop sheets put down before painting.
 
Any tables or chairs installed inside the villas should have a rubber protection
installed in their footings to avoid damaging the terrazzo floors.
 
Fireworks and Wishing Lanterns are not allowed inside or in the villa proximity.
 
Entering animals or vehicles inside Shalimar Villas is strictly forbidden.
 
No power is to be drawn from the villa network and therefore, a generator with a
minimum power of 40 KVA should be supplied by the EO to give enough power
to the catering company, sound & lighting system, DJ, musicians, etc.
 
Cables should not be dug into the lawn and should follow edges of
concrete/grass to avoid accidents.
 
Hanging lanterns can be hung from coconut trees only, by using ropes, cables,
strings, or tape, but never nails or similar, to avoid harming the trees.
 
All events will have a maximum duration of 8 hours.
 
All events will end at midnight. Clean up time for all vendors will start at this time.
