Villa Simona Oasis occupies almost 5,000 square metres of established gardens. Listen to nature sing and bamboo whisper while relaxing in one of two extraordinary stone-carved baths set side-by-side high above the ground. Romantic pathways connect the gorgeous bedrooms to each other.

Interior designer, Elaina Myers, of 4 Corners International Design Concepts, has created a cool and contemporary villa that is perfect for extended families, larger groups or wedding parties. A sparkling 13-metre pool surrounded by wooden decking is home to a brunch-ready wooden balé with generous seating and two fabulous black bamboo-swinging chairs.

Dining

The villa offers an extensive suggestion menu of western, Asian, vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests and dietary needs are accommodated. Grocery cost is charged 20% handling fee which is subject to service and tax at the prevailing rate.

Transport

Car and driver available for 8 hours at a special rate of USD45++/day (excluding petrol). Parking space is available within the villa compound for self-drivers.

Kitchen and Bar

The villa’s kitchen must not be used during an event. Caterers can set up a satellite kitchen in the staff area (undercover area) or along the pathway to the staff area next to the villa’s kitchen. The villa’s bar can’t be used during an event; alternatively, free-standing bars can be set up in the paved or grass area and must use a mat to protect the grass.

Guest Washrooms
There are three bathrooms available for event guests. One is located in the dining room, another
is below the pool balé, and if necessary, a third can be made available in the gym. It is the
responsibility of the EO to ensure the cleanliness of the bathrooms during events.
Parking
The parking area is to be kept free for guests’ arrival and departure (drop-off and pick-up
only). This means that there is no parking on-site for EOs or suppliers. Vehicles are permitted
for a one-hour period for loading but should be off-site at least one hour prior to the event.

Security deposit

All events will be subject to a damage deposit of USD$1,000 payable in cash to Villa Manager on arrival and returned to the guest on departure if no damages and losses are caused to the property

Event
The main living room must not be used as an event space. The furniture’s can be moved
slightly but not removed.
The pool bale can be used as entertainment area but can’t be used as dance floor.
A dance floor may be built in the grass area/lawn but it must have a raised platform to
minimise damage to the grass and need to be set up on the day of the event.
Staging is not permitted over the pool.
Floating bamboo and foam structures for candles and flowers are permitted however they
should be removed by the EO by 1am or as soon as guests enter the pool in order to avoid any
damage or injury.
Fireworks, balloon release, and Thai wishing lanterns are strictly forbidden.
As the villa is located in a residential area, therefore a strict music curfew at 11 pm apply for all
loud music. In-house music played through villa’s speakers are allowed after 11 pm with the
volume control by the villa staff until 12midnight the latest.
