Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1.1.2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of wedding planning services by Localgrapher s.r.o. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to the client (“Client”, “you”, “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

We specialize in comprehensive wedding planning services in Bali, which may include:

  • Venue selection and booking

  • Vendor coordination (e.g., catering, florists, entertainment)

  • Event design and styling

  • Legal and symbolic ceremony arrangements

  • Day-of coordination

  • Photography and videography services

Specific services provided will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of:

  • A signed Service Agreement or acceptance of our Proposal.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee.

2.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% due at the time of booking.

  • Final Payment: Remaining 50% due no later than 30 days prior to the event date.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods as specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely information necessary for the planning and execution of the event.

  • Communicate any changes or special requests promptly.

  • Ensure that all required permits and legal documents are obtained, if applicable.

4. Changes and Cancellations

4.1 Client-Initiated Changes

Requests for changes to the event date, venue, or scope of services must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional fees.

4.2 Cancellations

  • More than 90 days before the event: Deposit is forfeited; no additional fees.

  • 60–89 days before the event: 75% of the total service fee is payable.

  • Less than 60 days before the event: 100% of the total service fee is payable.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

5. Vendors and Third Parties

We collaborate with trusted vendors to deliver your wedding experience. While we coordinate and recommend vendors, contracts with third-party vendors are typically between the Client and the vendor. We are not liable for the performance of these third parties.

6. Photography and Videography

6.1 Included Media Services

Photography and/or videography may be part of your package. These services are coordinated by us or our trusted partners.

6.2 Delivery and Rights

Edited images and videos will be delivered within [Insert Timeframe] after the event. We reserve the right to use a selection of images for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to the event.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide alternative solutions.

8. Liability

We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses.

  • Acts or omissions of third-party vendors.

  • Any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.

Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

10. Amendments

Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
